Counseling should be a place where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I meet every client with empathy, compassion, and zero judgment. Whether you're navigating trauma, managing depression or anxiety, struggling with self-esteem, or working through other challenges, I'm here to walk alongside you.

My areas of focus include addictions, anger, PTSD, women's sexual integrity and addiction, attachment issues, and relationship concerns.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also incorporate other approaches—including Reality Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing—to best meet each client's unique needs.

I support clients in exploring formative life experiences to understand how early relationships and events may influence present-day patterns. Together, we will create meaningful, personalized goals that support your overall well-being—mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and a National Certified Counselor. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2025 and my Bachelor of Science in Youth Ministry and Bible from Columbia International University in 2010.

I bring 20 years of experience working with children and teens in both professional and volunteer roles, including children's and youth ministry, at-risk youth programs, and educational environments. I see clients ages 8 and up.
