About Kyra

I believe that we are all born with tools to use throughout our lives. When life happens, we may need help learning how to use tools we didn't know we had or didn't know what they were for. That is where I come in.

I believe that we are the experts of ourselves and that we can experience transformative healing and growth with the right support. I seek to come alongside each individual in a way that honors and respects their journey.

I am originally from Detroit, Michigan, and I call South Carolina my second home. I am a proud retired “military brat” and have lived throughout the U.S., including Oklahoma, Georgia, Texas, and Colorado. This is where my love for travel bloomed.
