When struggling with anxiety, should you… A. Seek a spiritual solution and pray through it? B. Should you get out and face your fears, or be around others? C. Go to therapy and learn some practical ways to cope? D. Exercise, eat better, and practice deep breathing to calm yourself? E. All of the above.

Be cautious of getting stuck in the mindset that there’s only one solution to a problem that might have multiple causes. All of the above can help fight anxiety and depression. In some cases, medication may also be needed. Even the Son of God reached out to Father. We are spiritual, emotional, and relational beings. Don’t limit yourself to a one-dimensional solution. Consider what area you have been neglecting and make a plan for holistic healing today!
