Ever cry in the bathroom or the car just to escape and breathe? Spend your days behind a mask, performing so others stay comfortable? Feel trapped, unseen, unheard, or as though pressure is building inside with nowhere to release it? You do not have to stay in that silence. I offer a safe space where you can speak freely, exhale, and be met with genuine support and zero judgment. When you show up for yourself through consistent therapy, I show up for you with support that expands as you do.
I utilize an integrative counseling approach, drawing from evidence-based and client-centered modalities, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Narrative Therapy
Person-Centered Therapy
Holistic Therapy
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) – in training, which may be incorporated into treatment planning when clinically appropriate
While I identify as a Christian, I believe each person's wellness and healing journey is unique and deeply personal. I strive to meet you where you are, without judgment or pressure to change who you are. My role is to support you as you navigate challenges and move toward healing at your own pace.
I support individuals working through concerns such as:
Relationship difficulties
Trauma
Infidelity
Depression
Anxiety
Anger
Dysfunctional communication patterns
Low self-esteem
Grief and loss
